I have reviewed many affiliate marketing training programs on this blog. In case you aren’t clear on what affiliate marketing is, it’s based on a simple concept: promote someone’s product and get paid a commission for sales you make.
There are certainly a lot of programs and courses out there that claim to teach you how to prosper with affiliate marketing. John Crestani’s Super Affiliate System is one of them.
I didn’t know about Super Affiliate System for most of my online money-making journey, but I kept hearing people talk about it and decided to see what is was all about.
Now, I want to write an honest review of it so you can answer these questions for yourself:
How can Super Affiliate System help me make an affiliate marketing income online?
Is it a good course? Is it worth the investment?
If you’re interested in Super Affiliate System and are on the fence, don’t make any decision until you’ve read this eye-opening review.

What is Super Affiliate System?
Since you’re reading this review, you probably already have a pretty good idea of what Super Affiliate System is.
Formerly known as Internet Jetset System, Super Affiliate System PRO (SAS PRO) is a training program created by online entrepreneur John Crestani, designed “to help you create a successful affiliate marketing business that generates a sizeable monthly side-income, or part-time income”.
Crestani’s goal for the program is to get you making $2,500 per week or more consistently.
Super Affiliate System focuses one method of affiliate marketing in particular: creating paid advertising campaigns and funnels.
This is in contrast to other affiliate marketing platforms I’ve reviewed in the past like Wealthy Affiliate, Affilorama and Affiliate Marketing Mastery, which teach you how to build up niche websites.
Crestani launched Super Affiliate System in 2015, when it was a lot more expensive than it is now.
I’m going to take an objective look at SAS in this review, so it’ll be judged on its true merit. I’m also going to take a look at Crestani himself and evaluate his credibility.
The Super Affiliate System training course can be divided into six main parts:
- Setup: Shows you how to set up ads and affiliate links and make your first commission. It also shows you how to choose and apply to the best affiliate networks.
- Choosing Your Niche: Shows you how to choose a niche that will work best for you. It also reveals seven high-commission networks that pay more than 50% to affiliates.
- Advanced Marketing Skills: Explores copywriting and how to make an effective pre-sell. It teaches you how you can make your affiliate campaigns hugely profitable.
- Google & Facebook Ads: Teaches you how to prosper with two of the most powerful advertising platforms on the planet.
- YouTube & Native Ads: Teaches you how to get clicks for pennies with YouTube ads. It also explains the concept of native ads and how best to approach them to grow your affiliate marketing business.
- Scaling & Automation: Explores survey funnels, provides a successful paid advertising case study, and shows you how to scale affiliate campaigns to make 5 figures in profit per day.
Aside from the main training, which consists of over 50 hours of informational and step-by-step video content, Super Affiliate System comes with other benefits, including:
- done-for-you assets like email swipes, ad setups and landing pages
- monthly coaching calls
- access to trained SAS coaches who will help you with your campaigns
- case studies
You also get various bonuses including a 1-on-1 call with John Crestani.
Super Affiliate System Results
Super Affiliate System takes a ton of opportunities to showcase the results and success stories of its students.
Here are some notable cases:
- Ahsan H: a student of SAS from Bangladesh who reached the point of making $8,000 per month with Facebook Ads.
- Tyler E: took the SAS training and made $1.5 million in sales in one year.
- Brian P: this SAS member found a winning offer (that no one else knew about) that made $3,000-$5,000 per day in profit.
- Georgina H: took the training when it was branded as Internet Jetset, and made hundreds of dollars in ClickBank commissions in six weeks.
- Moad L: using Crestani’s traffic training with dropshipping, Moad ran Facebook ads, found a winning product, and scaled it to make $3,000 in twelve hours.
There are many more success stories, which you can hear about on the website and sales page.
I won’t spend a lot more time talking about them, because at the end of the day, what’s important is whether or not this course is worth getting.
A Preview Of Super Affiliate System
Before I go further, I suggest you watch this free video where John leads into the course:
Now I’ll give you a brief tour of the inside of Super Affiliate System.
Once you purchase the course and log in, you’ll be taken to the members area. It should look something like this (future updates may change the layout):
From the main page, you can access everything including the course, live training, community access and support.
Scrolling down the page, you can access additional training, affiliate community information, done-for-you funnels that you can download, proven ad layouts, and student testimonials.
Now let’s take a look at the main course. The first thing you’ll see is the Welcome Module:
The course is divided into six “weeks”, obviously designed so that you take one week to digest each module.
You’ll see that almost every video is at least 10 minutes long, many of them well over 20 minutes.
One other thing I want to touch on in this tour is the Coaching Calls section. Super Affiliate System holds coaching calls every week where you can get your questions answered.
From this page, you can register for upcoming coaching calls or view the archive of past calls.
In addition to these things, you can access the Resource Vault, which contains a ton of resources related to ads, affiliate networks, targeting, and more.
The Community forum allows you to stay on top of upcoming events, introduce yourself, share your successes, and discuss affiliate marketing with other Super Affiliate System students.
Aside from that, if you need help or have a question, you can use the Support link in the top navigation.
That covers most of it. It’s a solid, clean members area, and it’s fairly easy to get around and access all of the different features and benefits.
What I Like About Super Affiliate System
1. The course is very thorough.
The Super Affiliate System course consists of seven modules including a Welcome Module. Each module consists of many videos, sometimes 10 or more, and the majority of them are at least 10 minutes each.
Crestani goes all out, covering everything from solo ads to various other ad platforms, detailed setups, optimal strategies, and common mistakes to avoid. It’s hard to think of something he doesn’t cover that falls under the same topic.
When you look at the course in its totality, it’s impressive how much video content there is, especially given the fact that it only covers paid advertising. It’s definitely one of the meatier courses I’ve seen.
2. Crestani teaches a method that works.
Super Affiliate System teaches you how to create profitable affiliate campaigns with paid advertising.
There’s no doubt that this method works, as it’s what many of the world’s most successful online entrepreneurs do. It has worked for a long time and will continue to work in the future.
In fact, it’s one of the fastest and most scalable ways to make money online. But the catch is that you usually need some initial capital to start running ads, and you have to continually test, manage and tweak the ads in order to keep making money.
3. There are helpful benefits in addition to the main training.
Super Affiliate System offers some nice benefits in addition to the main training.
The live and archived coaching calls you have access to can be quite valuable. There’s a vault of done-for-you assets that you can run with. There’s an integrated community forum where you can connect with fellow entrepreneurs and give and receive help.
In addition, the members area makes it easy for you to stay on top of current events and updates to the course.
With most affiliate marketing courses out there, the core training is the only thing of real value. This isn’t the case with Super Affiliate System.
What I Don’t Like About Super Affiliate System
1. It’s very expensive.
Super Affiliate System costs $997. This is a lot more expensive than many affiliate marketing trainings I know about.
Let’s face it: people looking to build a business online are probably strapped for cash and will have a hard time affording this.
Of course, I’m not saying that SAS won’t help you become successful. What I am saying is that if you’re not a total idiot, you can get the education you need to build a thriving affiliate marketing business without having to make an investment this large.
2. It only focuses on one affiliate marketing method.
Super Affiliate System focuses on one side of affiliate marketing: sending paid traffic to sales funnels.
While this can be an excellent way to make money online, there’s another side to affiliate marketing, namely organic traffic.
For example, you can build YouTube channels or niche blogs and get search engine traffic that will make you sales for years to come. This is what I do, and the benefit of this is that you don’t have to keep running ads to keep your business going.
The more flexible you are in your online marketing, and the less dependent you are on any one method or business model, the better off you’ll be.
3. Crestani has skeletons in his closet.
Stefan is from Los Angeles, California. He has a large social media following, and you’ve probably seen some of his many videos on YouTube.
He certainly looks like a solid dude, doesn’t he? Yet, he has been on the receiving end of a lot of criticism for doing shady and unethical things. Here are some examples:
- In Crestani’s university days, he hacked the school system to obtain the test answers for every major course in his university. He sold these test answers to students, but was later caught and suspended.
- In the past, Crestani was bringing in $1K-$2K per month by selling on eBay. PayPal later shut down his account for selling products that they didn’t approve of.
- He has been involved in selling homeopathic products. Homeopathy is a highly controversial topic and is considered by many to be a scam.
These cases are described in a 2016 Forbes article.
Crestani has also done other questionable things that push the boundaries of ethical marketing.
I’m not asserting that John Crestani is a con artist one way or the other. But I think it’s worth being aware of some of the history of a person selling you a $1,000 product. Do some research about it and judge for yourself.
4. Some testimonials are questionable.
One thing that Crestani does is aggressively promote his affiliate marketing program for Super Affiliate System.
He’s within his right to do this. However, it has lead to a lot of testimonials consisting of people who have made money promoting his course instead of applying his affiliate marketing training in a more general way.
In my view, the greatest potential of an online course shouldn’t lie in promoting that same course as an affiliate. But it looks like this is the case with Super Affiliate System.
On top of that, a lot of Crestani’s testimonials, particularly ones he shows in his webinar, are from 2016 or prior. The internet landscape has changed since then, so these testimonials have much less impact now.
There are other small-ish things like Crestani putting head shots of movie characters in his collage of “success stories”.
This isn’t necessarily deal-breaking stuff, but it’s something you should keep in mind when deciding whether to purchase SAS or not.
Super Affiliate System Pricing
Super Affiliate System costs $997. It seems that they used to also offer a payment plan, but this no longer looks to be the case.
With this payment, you get access to everything including:
- the SAS main training
- live and archived weekly webinars
- DFY assets including swipe files and landing pages
- monthly coaching calls
- eight additional bonuses
The regular price of the program is apparently $4,997 and they claim to be giving you a coupon for $4,000 off. I don’t know how believable that is, but in any case, you’ll be able to get in at $997 today.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Super Affiliate System a scam or legit?
Super Affiliate System is definitely not a scam. It provides the in-depth training and other benefits that it promises.
Moreover, John Crestani is a guy who makes real money online. He has a large fanbase and a proven history of helping others achieve results online.
That said, the very high cost of the program might cause some people to feel that SAS isn’t worth it. Also, the degree to which Crestani pushes his affiliate program is off-putting.
Who is John Crestani?
John Crestani is an entrepreneur and affiliate marketing expert from Los Angeles, California.
It is alleged that at one point in his late 20s, he was homeless. He also used to work a stable corporate job but was fired. According to sources such as Forbes, he grew an affiliate marketing business to $250,000-$500,000 per month and never looked back.
John lives on a Malibu ranch with his wife, kids, and dog.
How does Super Affiliate System compare with Commission Hero?
Commission Hero is an affiliate marketing course that was created in 2019 by ClickBank super affiliate Robby Blanchard.
The program has a lot of similarities to Super Affiliate System:
- it contains a video training course that shows you how to make thousands of dollars per day in affiliate commissions with paid advertising
- it contains DFY assets like ad setups and landing pages
- it contains access to weekly coaching calls and a coaching group
- it costs $997, the same as SAS
Both courses focus on paid advertising as the primary method for building an online business.
However, Commission Hero almost exclusively focuses on ClickBank offers and Facebook Ads. Super Affiliate System has a wider scope, exploring paid traffic sources other than Facebook Ads and offers outside of ClickBank.
I would say that both programs have solid training. Commission Hero is newer, but it has less coverage.
I actually don’t recommend either course. But if I had to choose, I would go with Super Affiliate System because you get a bigger picture of affiliate marketing with paid advertising. Things can change, and the more avenues you have to go down, the safer you’ll be.
You can read my full review of Commission Hero here.
How much is John Crestani worth?
John Crestani has likely made many millions of dollars in affiliate commissions over the years.
At the present time, his net worth is estimated to be north of $7.5 million.
An Alternative Program
Super Affiliate System delivers good affiliate marketing training, particularly when it comes to paid advertising. I like the style and presentation of the course.
At the end of the day though, it’s just not worth dropping $1,000 for it. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend you bother with Super Affiliate System at all.
When it comes to the education you need to succeed with affiliate marketing and online marketing in general, there are great options out there that will have a much lesser impact on your wallet. This is important when you’re just starting out.
One such option that I want to to recommend to you right now is a training program called Savage Affiliates.
Why I Recommend Savage Affiliates
First off, what is Savage Affiliates? It’s a full affiliate marketing course created by 7-figure marketer Franklin Hatchett that walks you through everything you need to know to make a full-time affiliate marketing income online.
Frank teaches you the cutting-edge affiliate marketing methods and strategies that work today. He teaches you how to build an online business from the ground up, with methods that he has used himself to achieve amazing results.
In addition to this, you get full access to a private Facebook group where you can share results, ask questions, and help others. This community consists of Savage Affiliates customers and Frank himself, who you can talk to one-on-one.
The course contains over 10 video modules, each with 5-20 videos walking you through every step of the process. It’s the better choice over Super Affiliate System because:
1. It gives you a bigger picture of affiliate marketing.
As I’ve mentioned before, SAS focuses on only one method of affiliate marketing: running paid advertising to affiliate products and funnels.
Building profitable funnels and scaling paid traffic is great, but it’s not the be-all and end-all of affiliate marketing.
Savage Affiliates gives you a much bigger picture. Not only does it walk you through sales funnels, paid traffic and email marketing, but it also goes in-depth into:
- building websites that will make you money for years to come
- search engine optimization (SEO), including how to build backlinks
- choosing the best offers from various affiliate marketplaces
- harnessing free traffic sources like Quora, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social media
Savage Affiliates teaches you many different business models under the umbrella of affiliate marketing. This allows you to choose a method that you like the most.
In contrast, the main training of Super Affiliate System is much more narrow in its scope, which doesn’t give you a lot of flexibility in what you do.
2. It costs 70% less than SAS.
Super Affiliate System costs $997, and it used to cost a lot more than that.
With Savage Affiliates, you get some of the best affiliate marketing training online and a private Facebook community for only a couple hundred dollars, depending on the package you choose. The more expensive package is less than 30% of the cost of SAS.
Frank keeps the course updated too. He recently came out with a major 2.0 update to Savage Affiliates, adding the latest strategies and techniques for success.
When it comes down to it, Savage Affiliates provides arguably better training material and a community that’s just as helpful for a much more economical cost.
3. Frank doesn’t have a sketchy past.
I’ve already told you about some of the questionable things that John Crestani has done, both online and offline. And I don’t know if it’s just me, but I find him to be a bit insincere at times.
Frank Hatchett, on the other hand, has never been known as anything other than a legitimate and reputable online marketer and teacher.
He doesn’t waste time showing off expensive cars or houses. He’s a guy from New Zealand who prefers to do his own thing and live his own life rather than get smashed with fellow marketing “gurus” in Vegas.
In his courses, he jumps right into over-the-shoulder training to get you building a profitable online business as soon as possible.
Savage Affiliates has hundreds of success stories, and more continue to be posted on a regular basis in the private FB group.
Savage Affiliates Bonuses
What’s more, I’m offering a tailored bonus package for those who try Savage Affiliates under my link. These bonuses are going to be a great help to you in your quest to build a successful affiliate marketing business.
You can see what these bonuses are in my Savage Affiliates review.
Once you purchase Savage Affiliates, you can email me at paul@thefreedomfellow.com with the name you purchased under, and I’ll send over the bonuses after verification.
Conclusion
Super Affiliate System provides solid affiliate marketing training, coaching resources, and some other cool benefits designed to get you on the path to success with paid advertising.
Unfortunately, it has some shortcomings:
- at $1,000, it’s too expensive — you can get the training you need to build a successful affiliate marketing business without spending anywhere near this amount of money
- is only covers one traffic type
- John Crestani has some skeletons in his closet and isn’t a squeaky-clean role model
In my view, this isn’t a program that you want to get involved in. Instead, the affiliate marketing training that I recommend is Savage Affiliates.
Savage Affiliates costs 70% less than SAS. It covers everything that SAS covers plus more, and Frank is a great teacher and reputable influencer.
Just pick it up and give it a try. If it doesn’t work for you, you can refund it within 30 days.
Thanks for reading my Super Affiliate System review. Note that I am an affiliate for Savage Affiliates. The views expressed here are my own and are not official statements by Franklin Hatchett.
